Really unique motel! The new management team was great and the improvements are noticeable.
This place is great. New ownership doing fun renovations! Cool people and super clean rooms.
Overall we had a very good experience. The motel was easy to find and the room was exceptionally clean, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. However, given the high price, I believe a few improvements could enhance the experience to make it excellent. Firstly, I suggest installing curtains on the windows facing east. This would help block out the morning sun and ensure a better rest for guests. Secondly, providing hangers for the towels would add to the convenience and organization of the room.
Small, clean, and functional. This was a waypoint between two spots on our trip and it served the purpose well. No significant issues with the room. The only thing we noted is that the walls are a bit thin. We could hear some conversation from our neighbors for a bit, but it wasn't really a problem. Comb Ridge restaurant next door is worth a stop, too. Everything we had was excellent!

We had a great stay at Mokee Motel! Wonderful atmosphere and you can tell the new ownership really cares. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the area!
New owners, great art and brand new Wifi, coffee in rooms and shared kitchen too! They even welcomed my little pup.
The Mokee Motel was a welcome refuge when I pulled in to Bluff UT in early May 2025 on a rainy evening without a tent. Everything was clean and well maintained except the wifi was weak and spontaneously disconnected. Out in front of the rooms are picnic tables which are great to sit on with a morning coffee or to prepare your dinner on a camp stove. The only thing to grouse about is the free plastic packets of Coastal Breezes shampoo that are impossible to tear open especially with wet fingers - you need a knife or scissors! Like all lodging in Bluff, the Mokee room rate is high, probably twice what you would pay for an equivalent room in a western / midwestern urban area. Splurging once in a while in a beautiful country is worth it I think.
